Fermion Scan (fermion3D) APP will only perform 3D data scanning and collection tasks when users actively operate it. The data scanned and collected by users using our APP will be saved locally on the user’s phone by default.
Storage location: We store personal information obtained within the territory of the People’s Republic of China within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. Under the following circumstances, we will ensure that we fulfill our legal obligations before providing your personal information to overseas entities:
(1) Where expressly stipulated by applicable laws;

(3) Your personal active behavior such as cross-border transactions conducted via the internet.
